CHOMP depicts the small time frame between products going bad and rotting; bringing to life the unknown stories of what happens to products when they “go bad”. This series is inspired by my employment within a produce department. Daily tasks of stacking apples, tomatoes & cleaning up rotten produce fed my imagination. These everyday items took form into gnarling apples and raw chickens to animate the stages of products metaphorically “going bad.”
My solo show at Towson University is open to the public from 2/3-2/7 ! https://www.facebook.com/events/210251682503269/
