Three Inch Smoke V2

A three inch wide circular cloud or smoke template for use in tabletop games. This version uses a ring as a base as opposed to a plate, saving material (and thereby costs). It is also less obtrusive on the board, and the base ring can be placed around models without needing to displace them. PLEASE NOTE: While these templates are designed to be as close to exactly 3 inches in diameter as possible, small variances do occur. Consult with judges or tournament organizers before using these templates in a competitive setting.
