About this Product

The German Auxiliary Cruiser HSK "Coronel" (Schiff 14) entered Service January 1943. The Breaktrough of the British North Sea Blockade failed and the Coronel never served as a Raider. Soon it was rebuild to a special Nightfighter Director Ship for the Baltic Sea. Fitted with a huge "Würzbürg Riese" Director Radar and a "Freya" Long Range Radar, 3 x 10,5cm Flak and several light Flak it was well armed for the new role. It was renamed to "Togo" and served in this role until the war ends. Later it was used as a repair ship for the Norwegian Navy and later it comes back to Germany and served as a civilian Merchant Ship under it´s old Name "Togo". You will get 3 Ships 1 x camouflaged, 1 x with open Guns and 1 x as "Togo". Der Hilfskreuzer HSK "Coronel" (Schiff 14) wurde im Januar 1943 in Dienst gestellt. Der Durchbruch der englischen Nordsee-Blockade scheiterte allerdings und die Coronel machte keine Einsatzfahrt als Hilfskreuzer. Kurze Zeit später wude die Coronel zum einzigartigen Nachtjagd-Leitschiff umgebaut. Mit einem großen "Würzburg-Riese" Leitradar, einem "Freya" Überwachungsradar, 3 x 10,5cm und vielen leichten Flak war das Schiff für seinen neue Aufgabe gut gerüstet. Unter dem neuen, alten Namen "Togo" wurde es bis 1945 in der Ostsee eingesetzt. Nach dem Krieg wurde es von den Amerikanern and die norwegische Marine übergeben. Dort wurde es als Werkstattschiff genutzt und 1956 an eine deutsche Reederei verkauft. Unter dem ursprünglischen Namen "Togo" kam es wieder in zivile Nutzung. Sie erhalten hier 3 Schiffe 1 x getarnt, 1 x entarnt als Hilfskreuzer und 1 x als Leitschiff "Togo"
