A heart, the layers peeled away to revel the inner workings of feelings that lie buried within...The store where secrets are kept, where un-uttered words of love are hidden, inner worlds orbit suns of emotion, all ticking away in time...opened, exposed...to be shared...with someone at last. Yet another in my series of Mech-themed creations, The Inner Workings Mech-Organic Heart Pendant, fuses the soft organic curves of a heart, peeling back the layers to reveal the mechanization inside, where feeling and words and thoughts (the gears) collide and mesh together, ticking, beating...alive. A working heart, a feeling heart. It is meant to symbolize the revealing of ones most sacred inner feelings, opened, to be shared with someone. The pendant print will have a nice weight to it...it feels solid and robust. Note: Pendant does not come with chain. N.B. Cannot be printed in Premium Silver or Gold Plated Brass due to polishing and plating process being unable to reach the details inside the model. I have however printed it in Polished Silver and I have to say, it does look VERY beautiful. In the Polished materials the gears will be slightly rough... adding a nice contrast to the smooth shiny exterior.

@SunDog LOL. I realize. Don't worry. I have a few designs I am trying to iterate. Getting clearances to work in various materials can be a bit tricky...but sooooon :).

@Corretta You may find that the people who are attracted to turning gears are also unafraid of extra assembly work. For some of us, it's a bonus. :V

@SunDog Not at the moment, no. The metal casting process makes this virtually impossible at the moment. I am, however, currently messing around with engineering designs that will have gears that turn, without too much work being put in by the customer.
