Rat earrings.
Tested in stainless steel. The earrings are heavy and the hook is thick, but they are suitable for wearing and are easier to put on than their strong and flexible material version. The hooks on the ones in the photos are slightly polished so they are a bit different from what comes straight from Shapeways.
Please feel free to download and use this model any way you wish.

It's really unpleasant to hear someone being unhappy about them. And a bit funny at the same time that someone would call my hands huge. Now with smaller size I think it is possible in other materials than metals. Well it's possible with metals as well it's just that shapeways wouldn't bother printing them. The pair that I made the model for was printed in stainless steel and received happily. And then after few months someone else ordered them and shapeways sent me a massage they can't be printed in stainless steel because it's not possible. It depends on the mood of the staff there. But most of the time they just don't bother with it. It's too messy - you see, it can break. Anyway, I am sorry the photos misled you. And I would love to be able to print them smaller myself.

You could possibly download them, scale them to the size you want, upload them and then order them in whatever material you wish. Assuming you have done this before and know what you are doing. And assuming that the scaled down size will still have walls that are not less than the minimum wall thickness.

Can't even express how disappointed I was upon receiving these. Much bigger than the photo shows, the fingers up there must be someone with a huge hand. And the bit yôu put through your ear is too thick about half way up so I cannot even fit them through my ears to wear. Very, very unhappy and disappointed because the picture gave me such high hopes for adorable earrings.
