About this Product

The cam which moves the side grasping arms of the Nokia CR-200 car charger is molded of inexpensive ABS which fails quickly under daily use. @shard01 It's true, the dimensions of the inner gasket and key slots are too small. Part of this appears to be from the fused deposition process, and part from the model being too tight. I'd considered adjusting the model, but then the danger is the fit would be too loose, which would be worse. In this case, grinding will take out the excess material.

I'm really glad you made this but I do wish the dimensions were more exact to the original. I had to grind out the inside and grind down one of the pins slightly to get it to fit. That being said, my CR-200 is fixed and I don't think I'll have to worry about this specific part failing again.
