This is one of the three steel arms.
To make the Kandelar work you must have three steel arms, a base and a watercup.

Kandelar is a candle holder which holds the candle until it burns almost to its end. Then the steel arms lose the grip and the candle-end falls in the water and dies out. It's made out of multiple printed materials and you need 5 parts to complete the Kandelar. Please make sure that there is always water in the cup.
