DJI Phantom Transmitter Throttle Lever+.

DJI Phantom firmware (3.12 or higher) has a new take of feature. This new take of feature is optimized for transmitters with a spring loaded throttle control stick (throttle lever stick jumps to the center when released). The current DJI Phantom transmitter is not equipped with this feature so with this throttle lever upgrade you can add this feature to your existing DJI Phantom transmitter.

Why upgrade ?
  • It’s easier to turn your phantom (yaw) without accidentally throttle up or down
  • Just release the throttle stick to level out your phantom
  • Takeoff is much easier (you just give a little bit of throttle)
  • It corresponds to the new takeoff feature of the new Naza-M firmware (3.12)

  • Main product Features:
  • New! - No spring needed
  • Easy installation (see instruction video)
  • Is made of the material Strong and flexible (available in the colors white and black)

  • See also the standard Throttle Lever (with this version you need a spring)

    • !See video and photos above for an impression and building instructions.
(See also this video from DJI)
    Package contents includes:
  • 1 - 3D printed throttle lever

  • Not included but required:
  • 1 - M2x5 screw

  • Additional comments:
    • When moving the throttle control stick the stick feels slightly heavier to control (up and down) than the standard spring loaded Throttle Lever.

I can not be held responsible for any kind of defects or damage that arise when performing this upgrade

@jbonnardel I wish I had read this before I ordered. Indeed, there's serious flex in the "spring" leaving a huge degree of freedom around the center position. Yuck.

This design is horrible. The lever when installed properly leaves several degrees of free play, making neutral impossible to find without working for it. Save your money, this design is not what you want.

It was simple to install and makes take offs easier. The biggest benefit is it makes "yaw in place" a dream when taking aerial photos/video

The difference between the Throttle lever and the Throttle lever+ is that for installing the Throttle lever you need a spring (not included) and is based on the same mechanical system as in the opposite side of your control stick system. The Throttle lever+ doesn’t need a spring because it is already integrated in the design. because of this it’s mechanical system is slightly different than the traditional system but has the same beneficial effect (control stick jumps to center). I have found no advantages and disadvantages between the two version except for the fact that in case you go for the Throttle lever you have to find a proper spring.
