Product Description
A HO scale model of the Nevada County Narrow Gauge Railroad's only caboose, No.1 .
This was made from a converted boxcar, hence the sliding door on one side.
The completed model is shown sitting on a pair of my HOn3 caboose trucks and fitted with Kadee 714 couplers.
The roofs are made from thin plastic card (styrene sheet). The end handrails are brass rod bent using my HOn30 handrail jig.
