This is for mounting the Extruder Controller and Relay board to the side of a Cupcake CNC. The boards stick out a bit above the top of the side panel, but are still below the Z belt. The big improvement over other EC board mounts is that the bracket mounts to the Cupcake body with two screws instead of one, so it won't pivot the way my previous mounting solution did.
I used 10mm M3 screws. The bracket will hold all of the nuts captive, but I left out the nuts to mount the boards and just threaded the screws into the plastic holes, which were more than tight enough. If you want to use the nuts, you should either use 12mm screws for the boards or modify the parameters in the scad file.
Note: this mount puts the leads for the RJ-45 connector on the EC sitting over the head of one of the side panel's mounting screws. To avoid the possibility of a short if the board flexes, you should put a piece of tape over these leads. Cupcake Gen3 Extruder Controller and Relay Board Mount
