I modified tinkyheads version of the Airtripper bowden extruder for 3mm filament for use with pneufit connectors.
This version can be used everywhere where the original Airtripper is compatible. As many other derivates, this extruder uses a MK7 drive gear.
For the pneufit connector, a 1/8" connector should be used.
I haven't rendered the other parts because you can use them from other derivates. You can render them from the attached scad file.
Edit 13.8: I've testet this construction and it works. Some modifications are needed for a better function.
The drills for the filament could be slightly more away from the motor axis.
The filament input block should be a bit smaller or get a little bevel, so the idler wont jam.
I think that the idler should be a bit longer so the washers of the springs wont go off so easy.
Print the parts with a layer height of about 0.2mm
Attach the 608ZZ bearing with the little printed bolt or a cutted M8 screw to the holder.
Mount the MK7 drive gear and a MR105ZZ bearing on the motor shaft.
Fasten the motor and and other plastic parts.
