Hypercube B

A Maxwell render

2.1 w x 3.0 d x 2.1 h in cm |

Another projection of the 4-dimensional hypercube, this one close to vertex-centered. I love the shape of its hull: almost a rhombic dodecahedron, but skewed just enough to keep the central vertices from meeting.
The more usual projection is here, other polytopes are here.

Regrettably it's not possible for me to buy samples in every Shapeways material -- there are too many!
hi,i wanted to buy one in black, but first i want to know if you have some fotos in black stong and flexible to show, for have an idea first.
Sorry about that! I've knocked Sandstone out of the list of available materials.
I got this in sandstone, it shattered in transit, highly recommend a stronger material.
One picture is a render, the other is the default Shapeways pic, which is generated automatically and is unfortunately impossible to suppress.
I love the hypercube, one of my favorite structures. Have you ever been hypnotized by an animated hypercube?
Its a beauty! Still, the two pictures seem disparate-- is one a photo and the other a rendering?
