BODY ONLY, PLEASE READ ENTIRE DESCRIPTION.
This model gives you parts for a Golden Orb, minus the beads. Beads should be harvested from vintage puzzles, and they can be 3d printed separately in Detail material at the following link.
The puzzle shown was chrome plated by a specialty shop. Chrome plating is obviously not included, but I can put you in touch with the shop that did mine after a purchase, or you can source a shop online.
PLEASE NOTE- Sanding is required to make the tracks smooth enough. If you chrome your puzzle, plan on a bit more work sanding. Because in many states every bead moves simultaneously, friction in the tracks adds up fast. So you will either need to smooth the tracks, or work the beads around the puzzle with your fingers.
The core requires a screw and nut to create the pivot between the two halves. I used a 4-32 3/4 inch screw and nut, but similar sizes should work without too much trouble. I used washers and a spring as well.
