This hat can be used as custom item for Minifigs.
It''s modelled according to drawings of French line infantry units of the Napoleonic area. Since many units of this time were using this design it can also be used for Austrian, German or other nations.
This design already implements a wall size of 0,8 mm.

Also available as pack with 10 items, which results in a reduction of 30-50% per piece.

The smaller wall sizes seem to work. I think that's the final design.

This model is under construction to verify a wall thickness as discussed in the pirate forum on www.eurobricks.com.
