Why not let your cut flowers appear to grow from a ceramic flower head? The 'flower head' actually is a cute and precious vase that does not only have the usual opening at the top but also scattered holes between the sepals. You start by arraning the cut flowers through the top opening. Then you can push additional flowers or leaves through the holes at the side to arrive at a nice orbicular flower bouquet. Ahhh, and of course you can fill a (small) amount of water in - it is a vase after all. And you have a handle from which you can hang the vase (still keeping some water inside!). This model is designed for ceramics but you have other choices, if you feel like to pay a bit more for a plastic version or if you really want the exclusive metal vase and money is no object. Just note that Alumide and the 'strong' plastics are not watertight (fake vase). Flowers not included (sorry).
