Civil War Ironclad USS Monitor Robot Action Figure

Civil War Ironclad USS Monitor Robot Action Figure 3d printed Figurines Miniatures
This is a robot action figure that was inspired by the Civil War ironclad, USS Monitor. I designed this robot action figure after I watched the Syfy network's show, Robot Combat League. The robots on the show were absolutely awesome and were the closest thing we have ever come to real life Rockem Sockem Robots. So, after watching the show I decided to come up with my own design. I pulled together my love for robotics with my interest in the US Civil War and my favorite vessel the USS Monitor. This robot features the USS Monitors turret, which I thought would be a perfect head. The arms are cannons, and the US shield on the robots chest. Finally, the robot has a bulkhead style to its main body. The robot is fully posable and stands ~2.5" tall once assembled. This is the perfect little gift for any robot fan, history buff, or model builder since this robot looks even better painted!

Just got mine, in Polished Alumide. Very sweet. Easy to assemble. Nice tight leg joints, so he stands quite sturdily. Arms and head are looser, for easy posability, but not too loose. In other words, he's easy to pose, yet holds the poses well. And just look at the personality of the little guy!
