This puzzle is based on the Square-1 mechanism, except it contains 12 pieces per layer, an extra middle layer, and curvy lines. The 2nd and 4th (the core layers) turn together and the rest turns independently. 2 of the pieces on the 1st, 3rd and 5th layers are bandaged to increase solving difficulty. On top of everything else, the mechanism is offset on 3 angles, which causes it to shapeshift. No two pieces are identical.

Thanks. I started it with Alibre and uploaded it, but more recently I re-did it with Solidworks. Each piece is unique, but it only took a few days to finish them.

How long did it take you to design that, since each piece is unique? Also, what software do you use? Overall, it looks amazing!
