TY =) The problem I had was I wanted to use SWF but its surface is too rough, so I went with polished, but my design still has areas of .3mm at some edges. I redesigned them for .5mm and went with white detail. I just wish I could get the price down for people, but changing measurements up to 1mm now will alter the design. it'll take serious time.

@Daviuss, thanks for the compliments!!! I was just playing with shapeways to see if the model was OK for them to be printed. I guess that everything is fine. Model edges are manifold OK (waterproof), normals are correctly oriented and walls seems to be thick enough to be properly printed. The Ship is a modular ship... from Tier 1 to Tier 3 the central fuselage is the same... what changes are the two cargo bay that are added (one cargo bay when Tier 2, two cargo bays at Tier 3). thanks again!!! Your ships are gorgeous too... O.O

It's BEEautIful , man =) and it's a HUGE cargo ship. nice design, did you check your minimum wall thickness? just wondering
