@Heng Hello, thanks for the reply. I would really appreciate if you could keep me posted!

@kingnoum Hello I can put you on the list. it is slowly advancing, but I have no final date yet. I just submitted the first sample to my biggest client, all depends if they order or not. delay would be earliest in 5months if accepted.

Hello Heng, I will be interested to buy 7-8 of your large excavator bucket cup. In one of the post below, you've said that in few month the price will be much lower (+/- 10x) Do you have any news? Thanks

@gisifur hello All manufacturing and shipping is done by shapeways, yes it can be shipped to mexico. 6cups is 6x the price of 1. sorry there are no mass rebates in 3D printing, I don't make the price. production usually is around 3 weeks for ceramics, made in USA as far as I know.

Hello I am interested in your cup, do you ship to Mexico?, what is the total price if I buy 6 cups?, I'm interested in the yellow ones. How long in it takes to get here? I hope we can make a deal. thanks.

@Heng Thank you very much! I have placed my order. My boyfriend will be very excited! :)
February 5, 2014, 7:06 pm
@ipakapunch as far as I can find out ceramics are made in Boston.
February 5, 2014, 6:42 pm
@ipakapunch Hello As far as I know shapeways has no more issues with this cup now after all my redesigns according to their specs and they are willing to print it. I should get mine any day now. I am not responsible for ordering or shipping, this is all taken care of by shapeways. so you need to contact them for any other issues. As far as I know shapeways ship worldwide(exept russia I think). the models are always very well packed, I never had any shipping damage. Time for ceramic is usually around 3 weeks. Shapeways should have mentionned an estimated shipping date, and you can track your order when you log in. Shapeways is a US company (NY?) but I am not sure where the ceramics are made (subcontracted). Most parts are made in the Netherlands, but some in NY, Germany, other countries...

@Heng ..so.. 1) Is this one for sale now? 2) If I ordered today, how long would it take to get here (San Francisco, California)? 3) How can I be ensured that it will arrive in one piece? Thank You -Astrid-

@znamir OK i tell you about the cheaper ones when ready, but this can take a few months.. yes they will be yellow.
January 13, 2014, 8:46 pm
Oh! This is good news. Would you don't mind if I wait until the price will be +-10x cheaper, besides I'm interested yellow color (like the photo). Do you have it? (it's the best one :) ) So I will wait for your information (when they will be ready) ok? Best regards from Poland :)
January 13, 2014, 8:19 pm
@znamir I just put the new version online: https://www.shapeways.com/model/1623661/large-bulldozer-mug-200ml-v3.html?li=shop-results&materialId=74
January 13, 2014, 6:46 pm
@znamir ok ;) price is because they are made to order 1 at a time in 3D print process ( very slow). I am working on a large production that is why i need a new 3D model for mould making. then they will be much cheaper but I must order 3000.. and it will take a few months until they are ready. (3-4) I can tell you if or when they will be ready when I know more. A few companies want some also, I can only order if they all accept. They will be +-10x cheaper..
January 13, 2014, 6:30 pm
Yes I know :) But I forgot to say that I'm interested in a 200 ml mug. In Poland We need larger quantities of coffee in the morning ;) I have still a question. No offense. But why are these cups are so expensive. Is the production costs are so expensive? What price do You propose for one cup if I would like to order for example 200 mugs?
January 12, 2014, 8:47 pm
@znamir don't forget to check my smaller versions too :) these are ready and available
January 12, 2014, 5:47 pm
@znamir new design is ready, shapeways must check and tell me if it is OK then you can order, probably this week.
January 12, 2014, 5:47 pm
When this mug will be available to buy? Because I am interested to buying it, and I think that not only I, at least in Poland. Regards and waiting for an answer.
