I just clicked "Personalize". That is where the jpg can be uploaded????!!! I also see it takes 19 days to process?!

I have looked over this page many times and find no place to upload the jpg image as described in the pdf?!

Also what if you just want to have a single earring? There is no contingency for this.

I have sent an email 5 days ago to shapeways about these questions (and others) and heard nothing back!

I am really disappointed in shapeways service
