About this Product

I'm now offering the WSF-P matrial option as this gives a fairly smooth finish, but does lose the sharp edges of features. Recent communications with customers suggest the White-Strong-Flexible material is more than suitable, but does need a primer-filler (Auto-shop, 'Duplicolour') paint to smooth out the 'powdery' finish. The wheels are now 'fixed' to prevent manufacture problems. My thanks to Mike Ozosky for the pictures of his pups and 1040 cow/calf combo using my models.

@train_guy Yes, it's pretty easy to do. Get a thin razor-saw or fine Dremel disc (I use the paper ones as they're very thin & have a small diameter), get behind the wheel and cut through the axle. Now using a 1mm drill bit in a pin vice, drill through the axle that's left in the chassis. Now file the rough stubs of the axle flush with the chassis. I then gradually open up the hole diameter with bigger drill bits until my new axle (Promotex/Herpa) fit through. Hope this helps.

Even though the wheels are now fixed, isn't their still a way to remove them and add aftermarket wheels and tires?

@baztrains I meant instead of a actual train on the train tracks, you can have the truck be the train.
