    Bronze-infused stainless steel with visible print lines and rough feel.

Type in your text and we turn it into a customized metal branding iron. Does not include the lighter. The lighter is a BIC World, Classic, Maxi. Want to make your own? Download the lighter attachment part here: Do not flip/mirror the image, ie. please upload one you want as the actual result of the branding. If you have trouble uploading image like invalid file type, please make sure the filename has extension, for example, .jpg

How thin is too thin? This was my idea for a branding iron. Too fine a line?

@fatnekclothing Yes, just upload a black & white image. Please make sure the lines aren't too thin.

@jeslaineh Sorry for a late response. Yes, any size would be fine. The result will be scaled to fit 2cm x 2cm square.

@byShapeways Hi! Scrolled through the other questions but didn't see an answer to my question down there so thought I'd ask you myself! Sorry to bother! Just wondering if we should upload our image at any particular size? Or if we should upload it as the size we want? Thanks for any help ya can give me!

the order never goes into the cart. tried both an image and text. acted as if it was working, but never put anything into the cart.

@Shapeways is this product no longer avail? i keep waiting to hear back about how we are supposed to upload the image file, it's been almost two weeks. still showing an "invalid file type" message when you try to upload. kind of disappointing that this isn't resolved yet.

i keep trying to upload my image file and continue to get an "invalid file type" message... i've tried jpeg, pdf and psd all with the same result. also tried to message @byShapeways with no response.... so is this design still available?

Taking an original idea (the bic solder), and creating something great by varying one small aspect. Nice!
