@Shapeways is this product no longer avail? i keep waiting to hear back about how we are supposed to upload the image file, it's been almost two weeks. still showing an "invalid file type" message when you try to upload. kind of disappointing that this isn't resolved yet.

i keep trying to upload my image file and continue to get an "invalid file type" message... i've tried jpeg, pdf and psd all with the same result. also tried to message @byShapeways with no response.... so is this design still available?
