(1/48th Scale) The lunar module Grumman original proposed to NASA in 1963, which won the lunar module contract for the company, was quite different from the lunar module as finally built. With a front much like a helicopter, five landing gear, and large windows, the challenges of actually building the lunar module would soon become apparent. To build the model, you'll need one set of these extra parts, including the S-band antenna, what appears to be a navigation light for the starboard side of the cockpit, several antennae, and the thruster (in two parts) for the forward quad of the spacecraft.
