@assassinscreed223 Simple, unfinished prop kits or garage kits tend to run in the $100-$300 range. Check out the prop kits from other crafters like Volpin Props, MrPinski Props, Sorenzo Props, Punished Props, etc and you will see my prices quite reasonable. However, the high degree of difficulty of my multi-part, functional props means I spend more time and money in development when compared to other solid cast props. Also, quality 3D printing requires very expensive machines and unique (and expensive) materials. I understand that my creations may be outside the limit of some folk’s discretionary income but that does not mean they are universally “too expensive” or “overpriced.” Just to be clear, comments like "your prices are too high" or rhetorical questions like "why is it so expensive?" are not incontestable facts but actually slightly insulting personal opinions. When I see something I want but the price is higher than I can afford, I don't buy. Perhaps I'll patiently watch it in case the price drops later or save to hopefully afford it later. I do not recommend contacting the creator and insulting them by declaring they are misguided for thinking people will pay a price the creator thinks is fair.

January 28, 2014, 10:53 pm
@gooch2691 hi i used silver acrylic paint from Bunnings in Morwell along with the black acrylic paint and and almost all the other parts needed to build the kit oh if your having rubble with finding straps i used a thin leather belt and made two home made buckles out of 2mm wire worked perfectly then you can mod it later if you want to make the bracer P.S try it on the blade first because your going to paint it all silver anyway and the rougher the surface the better affect you will have, hope this helps
January 28, 2014, 10:46 pm
no worries mate long weekend will do that haha.. yeah umderstand that just these arent cheap and dont wanna stuff it up haha is yours a silver paint with a sparkle through it or a grey? just cant tell from the image.. yours looks sick mate..@DEMAN192
January 28, 2014, 1:28 pm
@gooch2691 sorry for the late reply i painted it all black just like every one else but when i got the silver i put stuff all on the end of my finger, the best way is to brush your finger in the end of the bottle and jentley and rub your finger together like ammnra stated in hes tutorial brush your finger on your piece or dab your brush in the silver and rib off naely all the paint and jentley brush it as well Sorry if this doesn't help i'm not good with explaining things P.S its all Trial and error
January 28, 2014, 5:27 am
@DEMAN192 how did you go about painting yours did you base coat it all black then rubbed on the silver or other way? it looks more rustic and authentic then the others is all and its how o hope mine turns out haha
January 27, 2014, 2:51 am
finished my kit thx Ammnra grate piece very strong just a little bit big other wise perfect. the magnets were hard to (find that's not your fault), i live in Australia and not very good with buying things online, i found them at a place called Caribbean gardens Market for all you Vic Aussies out there :^b sorry old pic before i got the magnets
January 22, 2014, 1:27 am
@Ammnra i lost 2 pieces how can I get a replacement plz tell me I lost the bar pin and the one that makes the blade removed from the bar
January 12, 2014, 3:51 pm
@terriblettim The video shows how the prop works.
January 8, 2014, 3:15 am
@Ammnra is the blade dual action so that if i flick my wrist it will go back in or is it gravity that pulls it back in place?
January 8, 2014, 2:35 am
@Nasko7831 Simple, unfinished prop kits or garage kits tend to run in the $100-$300 range. Check out the prop kits from other crafters like Volpin Props, Impact Props, Punished Props, etc and you will see my prices quite reasonable. However, the high degree of difficulty of my multi-part, functional props means I spend more time and money in development when compared to other solid cast props. Also, quality 3D printing requires very expensive machines and unique (and expensive) materials.
January 1, 2014, 6:49 pm
Why is it so damn expensive! It's just some plastic. I would buy it for like $40 but $120??!?!?!
December 30, 2013, 9:37 am
@Kouri very cool mod what material did you use for the blades?
December 19, 2013, 12:48 am
@thesyaf Thanks - it's really just techniques from other modelling projects. I use a Flat Black Plasti-kote basecoat and they drybrush up using Plasti-kote Silver in thin layers, concentrating on the edges and points of natral wear and tear. I always like to brush paint on 3D prints to make the most of the fine texture. The brown weathering is Tamiya Flat Earth (I think) carefully applied to the recesses with a fine brush. If Ammnra doesn't mind I may post a link to my blog entry up (when it's finished) with a full review and paint walkthrough for the Connor kit, the Corvo blade and the new AC hidden blade kit I've just ordered.
December 3, 2013, 12:32 pm
@RossT the paint job looks great, its exactly how i want to paint mine. do you have any pointers on how you got it looking so good?
December 3, 2013, 1:20 am
@Ammnra okay thanks for the help.
December 2, 2013, 9:15 pm
@Srod Links in description of assembly video.
November 27, 2013, 3:52 pm

November 27, 2013, 5:43 am
November 26, 2013, 4:17 pm
Hey how long does it take to deliver to my house, and can i buy it assembled?
November 26, 2013, 1:37 am
Hey what are the prices for shipping and handling, and is it really worth spending $120.00 on, please get back with me.
November 26, 2013, 1:32 am
Finished up the modifications to make this kit a bit more game-accurate. I'm really impressed with the strength of this nylon material - I had some trouble cutting the grip open to fit the rear blade. Definitely a solid offering. Now I just need to learn some leather-work for the bracer...
November 25, 2013, 2:27 pm
Im gonna add a rubber band so it retrects! you actully do that to the design!
November 21, 2013, 7:37 pm
I know it is hard to design and stuff but it is way expensive in my country In my country its 890. please atleast put it 110 or somhting and i love it so mutch!!! i dram about it i will buy it soon
November 21, 2013, 7:29 pm
Ammnra I have a question about the blade do yo clip off the safety piece? To give the blade like in the video you uploaded?
November 19, 2013, 1:43 am
@18YousefizArman it does, I have mine set up so that i put the ring on my ring finger
November 13, 2013, 11:06 pm
Wound up modifying my kit to include the rear flip-out blade from the concept art. Only downside is I had to replace the main blade with something thinner, and the new material isn't quite convention-safe. Still, your kit was a great shortcut over scratch-building. Thanks a bunch!
November 13, 2013, 7:12 pm
Hi ammnra I have just ordered your product and am happy to say it i am amazed how fast I have got the email from shapeways to confirm that I have ordered the product and thank you so much for the video

August 15, 2013, 12:36 am
hey ammnra
August 15, 2013, 12:26 am
Hi all, not sure if this will help but I've included a photo of my (nearly) finished Connor kit - hopefully you can see how it looks after I removed the "dream-catcher" part from the end. I'm about 5' 7" and it fits a treat now!
August 11, 2013, 5:11 pm
@Ammnra so is the plastic so high quality that it sells for 120? I don't mind the price, I just don't really understand 3 dementional printing or what kind of material is used in creating a product.
August 10, 2013, 6:21 am
@BladeZBeatZ Watch/listen to the instruction video...unpainted, powder.
August 10, 2013, 5:12 am
@Ammnra please read my last comment
August 10, 2013, 3:57 am
I have 2 questions, 1: does it come painted or not. 2: do I need to manually drill the holes for the paperclips or was that just to clear out so powder? I really want to purchase this kit :-)
August 10, 2013, 3:56 am
@skywardsteffi If you are shorter than about 5"5' (166cm) the "dream catcher" part can hang off the back of your elbow (or it can be cut off/removed like the Modern/Osiris version).
August 9, 2013, 6:11 pm
@Ammnra, I have a question. Is the 26.21cm supposed to rest entirely on your forearm? I'm trying to decide if I am too short for this since that reaches about halfway into my palm... Thanks
August 9, 2013, 12:49 pm
Hey Ammnra, I got my Connor kit through a few weeks ago and just wanted to say thanks for a great product! A bit too long for my forearms but easy enough to modify to resemble the Osiris kit and now it fits perfectly. Fun to paint and assemble, can't wait to use it for Comic-con; now have the Corvo kit on order and will watch with interest any future kits you come up with (Ezio hidden balde - hint, hint :) )
August 1, 2013, 11:40 am
Can you drill with just a paperclip through the recommended holes.
July 26, 2013, 3:36 pm
@Ammnra is it possible if you could build and paint me one of these and if so would it cost extra?
July 25, 2013, 8:36 am
@Flumper will it brake easily
July 19, 2013, 4:39 pm
@Ammnra What would be the price in Mexico?
July 13, 2013, 4:01 pm
@Ammra what would be the price in mexico
July 13, 2013, 3:58 pm
@Ammnra I just with they were quick about it just to get me out of there
July 12, 2013, 12:01 am
July 11, 2013, 9:16 am
Can you ship it overseas to South Korea?
July 10, 2013, 5:31 am
@BDom1951 Sometimes Shapeways will misplace a part(s) during the 3D printing process. If you are missing a piece of your order contact and they should be able to remedy the issue.
July 10, 2013, 5:09 am
July 9, 2013, 5:14 pm
Ammnra how did you think of it?
July 3, 2013, 3:08 am
@Ammnra Thanks.
July 2, 2013, 7:49 pm
July 1, 2013, 8:56 pm
@Ammnra Can the ring thing that you pull to make the blade come out be worn on any finger?
July 1, 2013, 3:58 pm
so badass but so very expensive!
June 24, 2013, 9:16 pm
Same thing, im very interssed in your product, but the horrible, is that i live in Sao Paulo Brazil, if it is not a problem to you, it will be simple amazing, i was looking for something like this long time has. thanks you and congratulations you`r a great inventor.
June 24, 2013, 12:42 am

June 21, 2013, 10:46 pm
@GladeXD Yes, $US
June 17, 2013, 8:33 pm
Is this $120.00 US? It doesn't say the currency and it doesn't change if I change my country. Just wanna know :)
June 16, 2013, 12:35 am
@relicwarrior I do not sell those.
June 14, 2013, 8:27 am
@Ammnra Hey, I'm sorry, I don't mean to pester you, but I was looking through your shop and couldn't find any of your double-action hidden blades like the ones that originally got me started on your youtube channel, and now here. I am intending on buying one of these, but would prefer a double-action one. Do you sell those on here? Or can I special-order one from you?
June 14, 2013, 7:55 am
Is it actually the same hidden Blade that this one ? :-)
June 12, 2013, 6:06 pm

June 12, 2013, 1:17 am
@assassinuzumaki No, and No.
June 8, 2013, 10:46 pm
amnra can u lower the price or tell me where i can get a cheaper one
June 8, 2013, 7:50 am
June 5, 2013, 9:03 pm
@Ammnra could lower the price to $110 please?
June 5, 2013, 7:57 pm
@dolden NOTE: This is a kit to build a toy replica inspired by the Hidden Blade from Assassin's Creed 3. This kit is designed specifically as a con-safe cosplay prop. The end of the prop is squared-off and blunt and is therefore in no way intended to create a potentially dangerous weapon. Any modification to the design as sold is outside the recommendation and responsibility of the creator and manufacturer of this kit.
June 5, 2013, 10:33 am
@Ammnra i saw on your facebook page the knives you made that were similar to connors. is there any way to make a mod to fit a real knife besides buying a MoshiMoshi mod and cutting it to size?
June 5, 2013, 3:40 am
@Ammnra Thank you! I actually realized (stupidly) that I bought the wrong one so I just bought the correct one, sorry for the trouble!
June 5, 2013, 1:28 am
@Sylphinesbane Shapeways customer service
June 5, 2013, 1:21 am
I got my blade today but it's missing the round end...I'm not sure who to speak to about that...
June 5, 2013, 12:34 am
@Ammnra, I am again a doubt because when I went to pay in paypal payment went ne U.S. currency? tu me page you said that auto converts currency of the country in which these
June 4, 2013, 2:11 pm
@Ammnra is there any chance you could lower the price to $110 please?
June 3, 2013, 8:20 pm
@Ammnra can i get it any other material other than white strong and flexible? i really want it in stainless steel or some other more durable material. I am not saying that white strong and flexible is not a good material, i just really want it in a seriously strong material since it is supposed to be a blade and it has internal mechanics.
June 1, 2013, 2:59 pm
May 30, 2013, 2:41 am
@Ammnra and how many days it takes me to get the product? you already have a buyer :)
May 29, 2013, 9:05 pm
@Ammnra Total cost with shipping is the one on the screen? or the shipment is separate cost?
May 29, 2013, 9:01 pm
@Ammnra thank you for making this item, i plan to buy it soon and will enjoy the assembly.
May 29, 2013, 7:30 pm
@Ammnra like the ones in the older YouTube vids
May 29, 2013, 3:37 am
May 29, 2013, 3:33 am
@jioassasin It is an unpainted kit. Watch the assembly video.
May 29, 2013, 3:32 am
Hey Ammnra, I'm way more of an Ezio fan than a Connor fan. Do you have any of the Ezio blades that shape ways can make?
May 29, 2013, 3:24 am
Hi man, I have a question, the product is already painted?, and also how much is the total cost with shipping to mexico?, I await your answer thanks :)
May 29, 2013, 12:19 am
@Hos3r7 Shapeways auto converts the currency based on your country.
May 28, 2013, 3:56 am
Ammnra hello, i'm mexican guy, so how a doubt with the price of the product? to me shows the symbol in Mexican pesos and that confuses me a lot because the page is in English so you can ensure your me if dollars or pesos

@Ammnra Thank you, also im a fan of your creations! really nice and really smart ideas for these blades and swords, And Build on my Friend!
May 7, 2013, 1:53 am
@nathansPROPS I covered the situation on my facebook page but the short version is the kits were taken down by Shapeways not me.
May 7, 2013, 12:07 am
@Ammnra why'd you take the kits down? Just wondering and also have you thought about the hookblade? I saw the one for childs play, Very nice and for a good cause. Anyway do you think you'd make the hook part with just as much detail and let that be a kit?
May 6, 2013, 10:56 pm
@himikun Look at:
May 6, 2013, 9:03 pm
