ETS35009 Reibel Machine Gun - 6 types, 2 of each

The French 7,5mm machine gun was used in various version in fortifications, armor and by the infantry.

Included in this set are two pieces each of six different versions:

• standard type, right fed
• standard type, left fed
• shorted gun, left fed
• shorted type, right fed
• right fed type as used on the US M1919 tripod
• and the right fed infantry type with stock
• Also included are twenty magazines.

 

The standard, left fed machine guns were used in the APX-1 and APX-4 turret of the famous Somua S35 and Char B1bis.

The standard, right fed version was the standard armament of the APX-R turret that was mounted on the Hotchkiss H35 and H39 and the Renault R35.

Reibel machine guns were also used in the Panhard armored car and various other French tanks including a version of the old 'FT-17', the 'FT-31'.

Please note the magazine grips have been omitted due to printing limitations, we recommend using brass plate, styreen sheet or foil to add these parts.
