Materials Status Page


 This page is to keep you guys on top of any changes in our production capacity. We are constantly finding new ways to push the limits of 3D printing technologies and inventing new processes to deliver exciting materials. Sometimes, this means we experience growing pains and need a bit more time to iron things out. This will keep you updated if in case we are experiencing any issues with a given material. 

PLEASE NOTE: we aim to ship complete orders whenever possible, this means if you have material X with 10 days lead time, and materials Y with 15 days lead time--then both of your items will come in 15 days. If you have special need to get your items separately and your order is already running late, please e-mail customer service (service@shapeways.com). Also, this is a general update, there will always be exceptions to lead times, etc. If your order is an exception you should have received an email from us. Alternatively, you can always email customer service with inquiries specific to your order.
