Customer Service Internship

As intern you will work together with the customer service department. You will become a part of the team and will work on the daily tasks. You will get your own assignments which are in line with your education. You get space to learn and develop yourself.

Your key responsiblities

  • Improve the customer service procedures
  • Advise which program/software is the most suitable for the CS department

Your qualifications

  • You are a 3rd or 4th year MBO+ student or 1st or 2nd year HBO student (business, marketing, sales, tourism, international business etc.)
  • You are especially interested in customer services
  • You are open en always willing to learn

Your skills / abilities

  • Accurate
  • Independent worker
  • Comfortable working in a high energy start-up environment where change is inevitable
  • Speaks and write fluent English and Dutch
  • Living close to Eindhoven, The Netherlands
  • Affinity with 3D modeling and/or creative do-it-yourself consumers
