It's never too early to prepare for the holiday season, or a fall snow storm for that matter! Here at Shapeways, we’ve been hard at work to make sure everyone receives their custom orders in time for the holidays.
We've outlined our holiday shipping calendar below to help you prepare for all your gifting needs. Some materials take longer than others, so make sure to keep this in mind when choosing materials and placing an order.
The holiday season is a great time to share your creations, and we’ll help in any way we can!

Please remember, if you order more than one item, your package will ship once all items in the order are ready. For example, if you would like to order an item in Alumide and an item in Stainless Steel, please order by December 4th (North American & Europe), or December 2nd (rest of the world) since it takes longer for Stainless Steel to print.
Christmas orders will be delivered by December 23rd. Also, a few additional things to keep in mind...
- Please note that payment must be complete at the final order date (this is only relevant if you pay via a bank transfer as bank transfer might take up to 4 or 5 days to complete).
- As always, you’ll need to allow for additional time for co-creators.
- If we find into any thin-wall problems in your model after the final order date, we may not be able to deliver on time.
- VAT must be checked before the deadline to ensure the order is approved and ready for production.
