A rugged transport suitable for a crew of 2 to 6.

This first ship is a test to see if it is feasible to turn my Future Armada line of starships & deckplans Future Armada ships into miniatures. It has a hole in the bottom to fit a standard 1/8th inch stand.

Renderings, deckplans, and interior descriptions of the ship are all available for sale at places like RPGNow. Demo documents and sample art can be found at 0-hr.com.

Note that the model is 5cm long rather than the 4.4 reported by Shapeways. I recommend Black Detail material for this model.

This model space ship strongly resembles the Concord Battleship in the computer game "EVE Online"
Note that I created this model myself, using only a screenshot for reference, so it isn't an exact match.

It comes without a stand, but it weighs only 3 grams and be could glued to your own stand, no problem.
I painted it with citadel paints from games workshop, but I suspect many other paints will work.

Oh sure, CBots are great if you have something that needs stabbing, or have basic numbers to be added incorrectly, but you want that invasion carried off properly, and you're going to need some T-droids.

Here in collectible figure form, is the first of their number, Tertius Predicus. Proudly standing tall at 3.5", and with a dignified and intelligent number of eyes (three, of course), it will stand guard over your lesser toys and ensure plans are carried out properly.

This model of 4179 Toutatis, an asteroid 4.6 km long, was constructed from observations by the radio telescope at Arecibo, by Dr. Steven Ostro. More about it is here.
I got the model from Dr. Ostro, but this data is public, so I've made it available for download. Many more asteroid models are linked from this NASA page, search for "3-D" to find them.
Enjoy!

This is a mounting solution for attaching a Primesense Asus Xtion Pro or Asus Xtion Pro Live to a DSLR or other camera for hybrid depth sensor/HD video filmmaking. This mount is a part of the RGBDtoolkit project http://rgbdtoolkit.com This mount is designed for use with a specific quick-release mechanism. Mountable on a standard 1/4-20 tripod mount, should have adequate clearance for normal tripods and larger video tripods. Supplies needed: Quick Release Adapter Set, 1/4"-20 x 1/4 Brad Hole Tee Nut, 1” 1/4"-20 flat head countersunk screw, 1/4-20 nut

This model of Kleopatra, a nickel-iron asteroid 217 km long, was reconstructed from observations by the radio telescope at Arecibo. It is not an artist's impression, this object is really in orbit. An article about it is here.
I got the model from Dr. Ostro, and tweaked it a little for smoothness, but the data is public, so I've made it available for download. Many more asteroid models are linked from this NASA page, search for "3-D" to find them.
Enjoy!

Oh science gone horribly awry! While trying to create a new breed of cyborg killbots, the (possibly inebriated) Division of Biotech Tinkering accidentally created the adorable, and entirely non-lethal, Robohamster. Having no marketable planetary invasion skills, the prolifically replicating (you don't want to know...) critters have instead been boxed up to sell as odd little pets.

NOTE: This version is made as a single piece in the material you choose. If you want a bi-color scheme like the renders show, your best bet is to buy one in white strong & flexible, and paint or dye it to taste.

For use in either handheld shooting scenarios where a tripod mount point is not needed or to attach to rail systems or camera rig, in which case you won’t need a QR adapter. If you are using this for the RGBDtoolkit workflow you will want to have a way to attach to a tripod for the purposes of calibration. Sensor: Primesense ASUS Xtion Pro & Xtion Pro Live Supplies needed: Quick Release Adapter Set, 1” 1/4-20 countersunk screw, 1/4-20 nut. This can easily be mounted on the hotshoe of your camera with a part like the 1/4"- 20 Tripod Screw to Hot Shoe Adapter.
