Cutaway of the Museum of the Stuff, suitable for color printing. A model by me, using the program binvox to voxelize the famous Utah teapot. This building houses the Museum of the Stuff, one of each type of block is kept within. Built by hand in the Minecraft world Vokselia, then exported using the free Mineways program.

2x2 tube standard US specification tube steel, 3/16" wall thickness, reduced to 7% size.  This piece is 71" inches long at full scale.  Sorry about putting this in "miniatures" , but there is no category for "small industrial models" and "miniatures" is as close as it gets.

Oh sure, CBots are great if you have something that needs stabbing, or have basic numbers to be added incorrectly, but you want that invasion carried off properly, and you're going to need some T-droids.

Here in collectible figure form, is the first of their number, Tertius Predicus. Proudly standing tall at 3.5", and with a dignified and intelligent number of eyes (three, of course), it will stand guard over your lesser toys and ensure plans are carried out properly.

Latch for 1960's era Arcadia brand screen door. Original was injection molded plastic with a shiny, polished finish. Arcadia no longer sells spare parts for these vintage doors, so homeowners need to scavenge or fabricate replacement parts.

I've printed these in "black, strong, and flexible", "gray robust", and "black detail." Black detail gives the best finish - the finished piece has a slightly matte finish compared with the original, but it's not disagreeably so. Black detail's underlying material is also black, so surface scratches won't expose white plastic as "black strong and flexible" will.

Photo shows original part, part printed in "grey robust", and part printed in "black detail."

This version is improved over my original design with slightly thicker walls for better strength.

Lantern for footpath in Z scale (1/220). A small 0402 LED can be fitted to light the lantern. Read the build instructions on my homepage for more information. I am currently working on a revised version, the original version was too fragile in print.

This model of 4179 Toutatis, an asteroid 4.6 km long, was constructed from observations by the radio telescope at Arecibo, by Dr. Steven Ostro. More about it is here.
I got the model from Dr. Ostro, but this data is public, so I've made it available for download. Many more asteroid models are linked from this NASA page, search for "3-D" to find them.
Enjoy!

A tiny version of the Mushroom Village (1.5" wide!), built in Minecraft by Team Atlas, exported with Mineways. This printed out great. Also see the larger printed version.

As usual, I've added no markup to the model's cost - this is all just for fun.

Exported using Mineways, this one's priced at $25 for the white, strong, and flexible material; the cheaper $5 version is on the right. A model by me, using the program Binvox to voxelize the famous Utah teapot. This building houses the Museum of the Stuff, one of each type of block is kept within. Built by hand in the Minecraft world Vokselia, then exported using the free Mineways program.

Quaxalot's compass tower from Vokselia, see http://vokselia.com. That little orange dot on the rim is a pumpkin. This model had a few bugs due to some early manifold correction code that was more aggressive than need be, but it was my first color model, so I leave it up here.
