This is a Sheet Set for a Hollow Mini Mendel. Parts were made hollow to cut down on cost of printing. Just fill them with some sort of epoxy resin to give them strength.

Pretty expensive alternative to printing them yourself on a DIY 3D printer, but time is money... right?

These are provided AT COST. No profit here, since they are GNU GPL...

This is a pole for traffic lights, traffic signs like my zebra-crossing or for street lanterns. It is designed for Z scale (1:220) as a 6m high and 6m long pole. It is hollow in the middle so that you can hide the cabling to the signs inside. This model is quite fragile and needs a lot of post-processing to clean out the support wax from the cable channel. Read the build instructions on my home page.

I had to do it, take the 3D printer made in Minecraft, shown here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ldiISyKkGl8, and export it as a printable 3D model. Can you get more meta? That said, if you actually printed this thing out you'd be $419.34 poorer and end up with 66 separate parts: a lot of the bits are not physically connected to the main assembly, even after doing "weld" and "corner tip" tests in Mineways. Still, fun to show here.

This is a visualization of malaria in over three seasons in communities in the district of Obuasi, Ghana. The vertical height of the tokens (above the minimum 3mm wall thickness)  show the population of a specific community, and their colour represents how the malaria changes over the three seasons.
Season 1 is mapped to Green
Season 2 is mapped to Blue
Season 3 is mapped to Red.
Communities that show up as primarily black or dark colours have minimal or no cases of malaria reported.
Communities that are very bright or white colours have high incidence of malaria reported over all three seasons.
Communities that are primarily green or teal in colour showed high malaria incidence in the early seasons, yet less malaria in the second or third seasons.
Any communities that show up  with a pinkish hue would have increasing incidences of malaria. Using this set of data, however, no communities appear to have this case.

The community tokens generally cover their respective communities either out to a 2km radius or to the nearest adjacent community (creating a voronoi map). They are not indicative of any actual geometry of the communities themselves.

This is created for ENGO 551, Special Topics in Geographic Information Systems, a Geomatics Engineering course at the University of Calgary

Oh science gone horribly awry! While trying to create a new breed of cyborg killbots, the (possibly inebriated) Division of Biotech Tinkering accidentally created the adorable, and entirely non-lethal, Robohamster. Having no marketable planetary invasion skills, the prolifically replicating (you don't want to know...) critters have instead been boxed up to sell as odd little pets.

NOTE: This version is made as a single piece in the material you choose. If you want a bi-color scheme like the renders show, your best bet is to buy one in white strong & flexible, and paint or dye it to taste.

For use in either handheld shooting scenarios where a tripod mount point is not needed or to attach to rail systems or camera rig, in which case you won’t need a QR adapter. If you are using this for the RGBDtoolkit workflow you will want to have a way to attach to a tripod for the purposes of calibration. Sensor: Primesense ASUS Xtion Pro & Xtion Pro Live Supplies needed: Quick Release Adapter Set, 1” 1/4-20 countersunk screw, 1/4-20 nut. This can easily be mounted on the hotshoe of your camera with a part like the 1/4"- 20 Tripod Screw to Hot Shoe Adapter.

A Z scale (1:220) model for a zebra crossing sign hanging above the street. It is designed for 2 small 0402 LEDs, a yellow one to light the street below the sign and a white one for the sign itself. To complete this model you also need a pole, available as another model. Read the build instructions on my home page.

WARNING: This model is extremely fragile. There is a protection cage around the benches to protect them in shipping and initial handling. Included are 4 different types of park benches, 6 from every type, 24 park benches all together. Please read the build instructions on my homepage and look at the pictures to see where to cut through the protection cage.

This functionally tested Polyamid (PA 2200, Nylon) Part is used as a ventilation grid cap for the air ventilation system of a Ford Focus limousine. This part is fully functional and can be printed in different colors. As a 3D printing material we recommend Shapeways "Strong and Flexible". With this material and the resulting tolerances, the spare part will best guarantee interchangability. CAUTION! This part is for the RIGHT SIDE. Please find the part for the left side also in our shop.
