This is the worlds first cable guide to fit 4 cables and. This means that you can now mount the cables for your derailleurs, your rear brake, and your dropper post onto your frames cable guide mounts to give a clean looks to your bike and do away with those zip ties. This version accommodates 2 standard size gear cable outers, 2 standard size hydraulic hoses (brake hose and a Rock Shox Reverb hose). You can also fit a standard size cable brake cable into one of the hose slots. These are still undergoing testing so please send feedback as to what you thought of them and if any improvements can be made.

BE SURE TO CLICK THROUGH ALL PHOTOS USING THE ARROW BUTTONS TO SEE A/B SHOTS WITH AND WITHOUT THIS LENS. There are 8 total photos, but only 5 show at a time in the image bar. The four watch and microchip pictures are "with lens" and "without lens" iPhone 5 shots.

Make your own macro lens adapter for the iPhone 5. I designed the original version of this for my iPhone 4 (see "iPhone 4 Macro Lens" on Shapeways) when I couldn't find the close-up image quality I wanted for less than $60. This is far cheaper than anything commercially sold and, in my opinion, has better image quality.

Print this model and then buy a glass lens for $4 from Surplus Shed (http://www.surplusshed.com/). Their part number is L4471. For some reason the search function on the Surplus Shed site won't search part numbers. To find L4471, use the "Lens Finder" on their home page. In "Lens Finder" type:

Lens Type: PCX, Plano Convex
Diameter: 12mm to 12mm
Focal length: 51mm to 51mm

That will get you to L4471

The lens fits in a recess in the Shapeways model and is held in place with a few tiny drops of Superglue. If you get any glue on the lens it can be cleaned off with nail polish remover or acetone. The lens is plano-convex (one side is flat). When inserted in the model, the flat side of the lens should face the phone.

Note that the lens fits pretty snugly into the opening. Try fitting the lens before applying any glue. Before gluing, with the lens holder laying face-down on a table, lay the lens in position, and then push it into the recess by pushing the lens with the eraser-end of a pencil. Again, do this first WITHOUT glue. Once you know the lens fits cleanly, push it back out and put two tiny drops of superglue on opposite edges of the opening. I use a toothpick to apply the glue because squeezing the superglue directly out of the tube risks putting on too much. Only *tiny* drops are necessary. Then push the lens back in the same way as in the test fit.

The example photos of the watch and microchip have not been cropped or altered in any way. Those 4 shots were loaded straight from the iPhone 5 (though Shapeways compresses them). It appears that although Apple improved many aspects of the camera on the iPhone 5, focus range did not get closer, so this lens helps just as much for macro shots as it's brother did for the iPhone 4/4S .

PLEASE NOTE: This model will not slide over iPhone 5 cases. It fits only on an uncovered iPhone 5.

The Holey Octahedron extends the family of hollow puzzles succeeding the Holey Megaminx (Tutt), Void Skewb (Fisher) and Void Cube (Okamoto). It is a variation on the standard 3x3x3 cube. It differs from the 3x3x3 in that the corners have completely been removed and center orientation is visible. Solving it is a little bit easier than a regular 3x3x3.

This item is for a DIY kit only. You will need to do the assembly yourself using your own screws and stickers. I will provide help on any issues you might encounter. I can also do the assembly and stickering for you for a small fee. Just email me at tom [AT] tomvanderzanden [DOT] nl.

Designed for customisers, this set of four sockets can be built into small scale figures to turn them into limbs for your combiner 'bots. They clip securely onto the larger figures' male plugs with a satisfying 'click', and won't come off until you want them to.
Also included is a bonus flap for the jet figure, which allows you to plug minibots onto his chest while in his combined form.

Contents: Four combiner sockets, one replacement flap for jet figure. Jet figure not included - sorry.

I love my bike! It's based on an old racing cycle frame combined with a lot of nice and rare bicycle parts. I do not want it stolen, so I carry it every day, 100 steps down, 100 steps up. Sometimes living on the 4th floor is a real disadvantage.
Adding a carrying handle seems useful and in fact it is working very well!

This carrying handle works nice on old steel bike racing frames. The diameter of the down- and seat-tube is 29 mm (1.14 inch). Please message me if you need it for another frame size.

It comes without screws and bolt nuts! You need two 4 mm screws and bolt nuts. The screws should be 10-15 mm (0.39-0.59 inch) long.

4 pairs here

I was thinking of phones and tablets while chewing on a Lego figure as you do. This led me to creating hands for Lego figures that can hold stuff properly. Not only phone and tablets but books, newspapers and cards that you can print yourself.

There are two designs both have the opening turning in. One design is the same dimensions as the existing hands but turned and the other has closed hands with a 0.25mm gap. Because they are printed in white and black flexible you can put anything in with a thickness of 0.25 to 1.50mm as you can see in the picture with the penny. The hands look big in the picture, since the picture was taken the hands have been reduced to be closer to the original size.

I'm not sure how many I should put on a sprue so please let me know how many you would like and I'll see what I can do?

Please share your pictures and thoughts.

This is a little mount I made for my GoPro when I realized that there wasn't a simple way to have the GoPro mounted on a bar or pole, facing axially / parallel to / along the direction of the bar.

I wanted something small, sturdy, and reliable, but I also wanted it to be cheap and even possibly disposable in case you have to leave it behind. I'm pretty happy with the way it came out.

How it works:
1. Buy one of these mounts for a size close to the diameter of the bar/pole/rod that you're mounting it to. It doesn't have to be exact! If you want, you can wrap some tape around the bar to beef it up to the right size and add some friction, but I didn't find this to be necessary in most cases. As long as you're close, you should be good to go.
2. Use two zip-ties to mount it to the bar (that's what the little rectangular divots are for!). Make sure you crank down nice and tight on the zip ties so that it doesn't slide or rotate around the bar. A tip: use some releasable zip-ties if you don't want to have to use scissors / pliers / a knife to get your mount back.
3. Lastly, pop out a screw and nut from any of your other GoPro mounts, and put them on this one. Mount your GoPro, and get some awesome footage!

Notes:
-> This is the 2" size, but should work well for bars that are between 0.5" and 1.5" in diameter.
-> To make sure that this actually works for everyone, I've already ordered three for myself in three different materials: Alumide, Sandstone, and White Strong & Flexible. All three came out beautiful looking, but the alumide came undersized and didn't quite fit :( and the sandstone is too brittle for me to recommend. please stick to White Strong and Flexible for a reliable mount!
-> I don't intend to make money off of this. I'm charging a $1 mark-up on each just to recover the costs of the test-prints, but the whole point is just to provide some unique mounts for the GoPro community so that we can get some sweet footage more easily. Please comment with any videos that you use these in, I want to see them!

This is my version of the Master FTO originally designed by Timur. For a detailed writeup on the history of this puzzle and a full review visit the topic at twistypuzzles.com: http://twistypuzzles.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=21983.

This puzzle is based on my Dino Skewb, but has an extra shell required to attach the corner pieces. It moves quite well and is entirely stable.

Buying this model will get you all the plastic parts required to build a Master FTO. You will need to provide your own screws and stickers to finish the puzzle. Alternatively, fully assembled and stickered puzzles are available from me for a small additional fee at tom@tomvanderzanden.nl.

The latest 2013 version of the GoPro Scuba Mask Mount.

Unlike the other GoPro Scuba Mounts this is a special redesign for printing with Shapeways Strong & Flexible materials. It is very easy to attach to any Scuba Mask without opening the strap.
The Stainless Steel version is not tested yet.
PS: Be careful when buying from other sellers, you won't have much fun with a cheap GoPro mount printed in Sandstone. Model updated, will upload new pictures soon.

Big Chop is a twisty puzzle like Rubik's Cube. It was named by Bram Cohen. The object of the puzzle is tor scramble the 120 pieces and try to turn them back. Twisty puzzle fans will be horrified to learn about the mechanism. There is a steel ball inside and all pieces have magnets that hold them around the ball. There is also a pedestal to support the puzzle. A special tool is needed to turn the puzzle.

DJI Phantom Landing Gear Kit V3, includes the Leg Mounts, Compass Mount and 4 Leg Ends. Now with ever wider stance than earlier. These mounts fit directly to your Phantom, using the stock screws, and replace your stock landing gear. You provide your own 6mm tubing (preferably carbon fibre or aluminium), cut to the desired length, to give you the height you want, in order to allow for taller gimbals/camera set up/dampening mounts and so on. I have found 5" tube to be an ideal length for my set up, with gimbal and GoPro. Please note, that the tubing is not included in the listing, they are to show what the assembled kit looks like on the leg extensions. The kit includes 4 Leg Mounts, 1 Compass Mount and 4 Leg Ends.

The leg mounts are directional, and there is now a small marking under each leg, to easily identify (1-4 dimples refering to the arm number as in the manual). 1 = front left arm, 2 = rear Left arm, 3 = rear right arm, 4 = front right arm. This is when the Phantom is viewed from the front.

These are a beefed up version of the previous Leg Mounts I made, and use in the video, showing how I made the set up on my Phantom. Updated, so tubing can be pushed into the holes (which are slightly cones), and secured with a 3mm fixing screw (not included). The mounts are directional, like your props. see pictures above for reference or check out this video of how I assembled mine http://vimeo.com/simensays/phantom This is a simple DIY mod that replaces the stock landing gear, allowing you to easily make your Phantom taller, more stable, save weight (depending on how long you want your legs and what type of tubing you use) and a better overall look and stance. Only basic tools are needed. I am setting up a blog on my website, where I will post info, videos etc on other mods I have done to my quad, including how to make the leg extensions. www.simensays.com Beware to mount your Compass correctly, to maintain optimal flight characteristics on your Phantom. It should be mounted perpendicular to the body, in a vertical position. The included compass Mounts makes this very easy when using these legs. I use velcro on to fasten my compass.

This puzzle was suggested by Andreas Nortmann. His explanation was as follows:
Andreas Nortmann wrote:I have just another stupid design request for you:
A hybrid of an OffsetSkewb and a HalfTurnsOnlyNxNxN.
The story behind it: You know there are 6 "traditional" (yet to be defined what that means here) possible axis systems and the hybrids thereof and there are some subgroups thereof, for example the cuboids where two axis allow only 180° turn to let the puzzle retain its shape. I have searched for other subgroups and have found:
* some trivial ones (with only 1 axis)
* several prisms
* the one mentioned aboveSo it's a hybrid of a 2x2x2 and an Offset Skewb. While such a puzzle could make 90 degree turns like some cuboids which can shapeshift, I have deliberately blocked those moves in the design, in order to accentuate the weird symmetry of the design and also, to make solving more difficult.
Mechanically, this puzzle is much simpler than a 2x2x2 + Skewb. I've made a few adjustments to make it turn better than the original prototype (which already turns quite good!).

This puzzle comes as DIY kit for which you need to supply your own stickers and screws (you need 7 M3 screws, about 10mm long). You can also purchase a fully assembled and stickered puzzle directly from me.
