A detailed full color model of each of the planets, gas giants, and major moons of the Solar system, to (logrithmic) scale.
This set includes the 20 largest objects in the solar system (bar the sun).
All surfaces are reproduced from NASA imaging.
For size reference, Jupiter is 25mm (1 inch) diameter, and Earth is 12.76mm (1/2 inch) diameter.

This set is designed for use in orrery or other models of the solar system, and so to best present all planets while preserving scale, the scale has been compressed - a logrithmic scale instead of a linear scale. This means that if the model of a moon of Jupiter is larger than the model of Mercury but smaller than Mars, then you know that the real moon really is larger than Mercury and smaller than Mars, But the size diference is compressed - Jupiter, which is really more than ten times Earth's diameter, becomes only twice Earth's diameter, etc. This logrithmic scale allows all planets to be clearly visible together, while at the same time still indicating their sizes relative to each other.

(Or, if there is an atmosphere, it is shown as particularly thick and opaque over the unmapped area.)

This is the second and much improved version of my single-piece prybar and nail lifting tool with a range of metric hex drivers (5.5, 6, 7 and 8mm), a bottle opener, a 1/4" hex bit holder and two 1/4" hex driver points.
The centre cut-out will hold and store a standard PH2 or PZ2 25mm long quarter inch hex bit (not included).
Four o-rings are required to complete the assembly (10mm ID, 2.5mm diameter, not included)
This model is designed to be printed in Stainless Steel or one of it's variants.
I've been carrying this prybar around with my keys for a while now and it's functionality is just as i'd hoped with it not having let me down so far.
The prybar can be secured to a keychain or lanyard with a No.2 McGizmo clip or similar 25mm gate clip through the 5.5mm hex hole.

This is an altered version of the gearbox model available from the ShapwaysMechanical page.
The parts have been perforated in some spots to be slightly more streamlined and also a little cheaper to produce too.
No assembly required, though the middle set of gears must be snapped down into position in order to engage the surrounding gears. I assume this was built into the design to keep larger gaps during the printing process.

Three different solids of constant width 3cm. These are hollow and have internal stiffeners. Each is a solid of revolution from a different plane curve. You get a Reuleaux triangle, a rounded Reuleaux triangle, and a Reuleaux pentagon. All of them have width 3 cm in any direction.

This adapter allows for the continued use of the iPhone5 and Apple's universal dock or other accessories that use a standard universal dock connector plate. The Lightning to 30-pin Adapter from Apple is required.
In addition to allowing the use of older 30-pin accessories, it raises the iPhone to a comfortable height for using the phone while still docked. There is also a relief to provide easier access to the home button. Finally, the top surface of the adapter provides excellent leverage for removal of the iPhone from the dock.

I used traditional arabic patterns not only as a geographical reference,
they also connect to the idea of freedom as
in islamic art these patterns symbolise infinity.
The word"freedom" is embossed in arabic type and covers the apple logo.
- The black version comes with "freedom" embossed, I just printed the "bza" version for myself.
Buy a black or coloured one. White gets dirty quickly.

Model of a tricycle. This will print as 1 piece, with turnable steering, pedals, and wheels. Riding this trike is strongly discouraged. :p

DJI Phantom Landing Gear Kit, includes the Leg Mounts, Compass Mount and 4 Leg Ends.
These mounts fit directly to your Phantom, using the stock screws, and replace your stock landing gear. You provide your own 6mm tubing (preferably carbon fibre or aluminium), cut to the desired length, to give you the height you want, in order to allow for dampening set ups/gimbals/bigger cameras and so on. I have found 5" tube to be an ideal length for my set up, with gimbal and GoPro.
Please note, that the tubing is not included in the listing, they are to show what the assembled kit looks like on the leg extensions. The kit includes 4 Leg Mounts, 1 Compass Mount and 4 Leg Ends.
These are a beefed up version of the previous Leg Mounts I made, and use in the video, showing how I made the set up on my Phantom.
Updated, so tubing can be pushed into the holes (which are slightly cones), and secured with a 3mm fixing screw (not included). The mounts are directional, like your props. see pictures above for reference or check out this video of how I assembled mine http://vimeo.com/simensays/phantom
This is a simple DIY mod that replaces the stock landing gear, allowing you to easily make your Phantom taller, more stable, save weight (depending on how long you want your legs and what type of tubing you use) and a better overall look and stance. Only basic tools are needed. I am setting up a blog on my website, where I will post info, videos etc on other mods I have done to my quad, including how to make the leg extensions. www.simensays.com
Beware to mount your Compass correctly, to maintain optimal flight characteristics on your Phantom. It should be mounted perpendicular to the body, in a vertical position. The included compass Mounts makes this very easy when using these legs. I use velcro on to fasten my compass.

These are two knots linked together. The two knots turn though eachother in a gearing motion in a 2x3 ratio.
