This is a small bracket intended for attaching LED lights to a Quadcopter frame that uses square aluminum booms. It will hold two 5mm LEDs, one at 90 from the boom and one at 45 degrees. It can be attached with a single screw/bolt or a zip tie (the notches are to keep it from slipping out from under the zip tie). Set of 4.

A note regarding ordering in the "polished" materials. The Polishing process enlarges the holes a very small amount. While most 5mm LEDs will still friction fit into them, a dab of hot melt glue may be required to keep them from vibrating loose.

I designed this wheel pod for use with a 40 mm diameter tire with a width of 15 mm or less. The axle hole is 1 mm to mark the bottom most point for the axel of CF rod or equivalent music wire. The exact dimensions of the wheel well is 43 mm length by 17 mm wide with the hole 25 mm from the top plate. This should allow plenty of clearance for a light weight foam wheel. and provide a scale appearance for a larger glider/ sail plane estimated weight is 11 grams I used a 1.5 inch Dave Brown "Light Flight" wheel and all up with 3m adhesive it weighs 16 grams I drilled out the mounting hole to make a perfect fit for my axle and used card stock as a spacer to keep the wheel centered. I used a Plastic safe CA to fasten the axle to the holes. The foam wheels I based this design off of are available here http://tinyurl.com/40mmtire

Mold for soft robot from this project on Instructables: http://www.instructables.com/id/Air-Powered-Soft-Robotic-Gripper/. Be sure to order material with a smooth surface finish - silicone rubber will adhere to rough surfaces, and be difficult to de-mold without tearing.

This is the cylinder part of a kind of sensor that is not so easy to find on the net, i just wanted to read my muscle status by their toughness variation, the possible applications are many.
Keep in mind that this sensor (HS1) could work as could not, I haven't tried it because although its concept is more advanced then the HS2 one, it is more expensive, and i need lots of these things. Use HS1 if you need accuracy.
Please do not order it in any metal, sandstone or glass material.

Works with any IR transmitter and IR receiver photodiode that you manage to push in it, you could try BP 104 FAS on the cylinder and SFH 421 as emitter on the piston

Remember that the system works by measuring the distance between the top of the cylinder and the top of the piston by the radiant flux seen by the photodiode, and not by the time passed between emission and reading.

One more thing.. to use this sensor you have to keep it on your skin, so before you order it you should make sure that it has the right junction.
