Squaring the Torus Geometry

The first crop formation of the summer 2008 appeared in England on April 19, on Waden Hill between Avebury and Silbury Hill, in bright yellow canola (AKA rapeseed). It was close to 200 feet in diameter, up near the brow of the hill. The model is solid and symmetrical, radii implemented. Model can be downloaded freely. I don't charge a personal fee for modeling work. If you wish additional changes I might be able to make a change on request. Mark Coffee Mug

I scanned my head with an Xbox Kinect and ReconstructMeQT and then modelled up this little coffee mug shaped like my head. It works a treat :) In the images you can see me using it as an M&M bowl, a cup-a-soup mug, and a coffee mug in which I've drawn a Blue Brain to celebrate the Blue Brain Project getting European funding. This has been printed in Glazed Ceramic via Shapeways. I definitely wanted to make this a functional model that I could use; it did turn out smaller than what I imagined however.
