My first model -- keeping it simple

The perfect modern easter home decoration. It holds one regular chicken egg.

My second try on my yingyang soy-sauce bowl and I fell in love with it!!

While designing, it was important for me to focus on the meaning of asian numbers and modern design and to combine them with the Ying Yang.

I used 8 edges on the whole design. At the outside-top/bottem, inside, S-shape and at last on the two dots.

I've made a few changes to make the cooker easier to use. I've updated the handle and made the bottom flat so anyone could eat from it. I've added an extrusion near on the handle to stabilize the cooker in the base. Version 1 was very nice looking, and version 2 will keep most of the original design while adding stability.

It will be fun to collect every color of ceramic shapeways makes. So far I have white ceramic, avocado green, and glossy black with the other colors on their way. If you are looking to get just the cooker, here's the link.

This little cooker is designed around the lowly tealight. First meals have been with a standard tealight (38mm x 38mm x 16mm) as the heat source and safflower oil inside the cooking vessel with minced green tomatoes, Portuguese sausage, and sliced garlic. After those tasty results, I progressed to make a variety of dishes.

Tiny Dishes + other savory treats:
- roasted garlic
- cheese frying: ale cheddar, mozzerella
- melted milk chocolate
- fried bread dough
- baked a small spice cake ball
- melted marshmellow + milk chocolate for different smores variations.

other neat applications:
- Heats soy wax to 200 (need to blow out the candle at 185F) and made soy candles.

temperatures:
- heats water: 200F
- heats safflower oil: 300F

limitations:
- uneven heating causes glaze cracks. The latest design with a flattened bottom seems to prevent cracks, but the base can still get glaze cracks.

other oil tests:
- coconut oil, grapeseed oil, butter were all tested and work well.
- walnut oil was tested and I don't recommend it as the oil spattered a few feet in the air as it heated up.

What you are looking at is a 17cm x 17cm x 17cm Voronoi net of something called the Clebsch diagonal cubic surface. Notes:
The bottom remains unglazed, in normal use this is not visible and even provides some grip.
Suitable for short (half length) candles with a diameter of about 22mm.
With a full length candle it is likely to topple over and would not visually match.
Please handle with care and do not to let the flame get to low/close to the stand.
I recommend to add a little wax between the candle and the stand so it sits tightly,
and/or wrap the bottom of candle with aluminium foil.

Contrary to popular belief, scotch whisky is best not served with ice. Ice will shut down the flavour, instead a few drops of room temperature water will open out the flavour of the whisky. I picked 6 different areas in Oslo that represents different memories for me and created these products based on the city grid. The can be used seperatly or together.

It's a small coffee cup whose handle is a moebius strip.
It is only attached on one side (where it is horizontal): I guess such a shape should be difficult to do without 3D-printing.
Oddly enough, it is quite ergonomic: put your thumb on the vertical part of the moebius strip, put the opposite horizontal part between your index and your medium, et voilà!

It''s a Yin & Yang symbol represented by two koi fishes, but since I''d like to give an option for the material also made it in one part, i didn''t set it as black and white (Yin Yang colors).
The decoration of the design was meant to be a candle holder.

Two separate but interlocked gyroid shapes
Together they form an intricate candle stand.

Suitable for candles 20-22mm diameter

Safety warning :
Please do not let the flame get to close to the material.
Best is to wrap the bottom part of the candle in a few layers of aluminum foil.

By request, a mug-sized version of the Rocket Espresso Cup. Ideal for coffee drinkers despairing of failure to launch, or for pathologically lethargic espresso drinkers. The cup should hold approximately 6-7 fluid ounces.

Please note that I have not fabricated this model yet, so I haven't had an opportunity to evaluate its ergonomics. Your mileage may vary. Conversely, if you order one, please send me a photo!
