Sundial based on the "chain" design of the equinoctial sundial at St Katharine Docks (London). Chained Sundial shows the time using the shadows of the numbers over the central cylinder, instead of the shadow of a central bar (gnomon).
The central cylinder must point to the north/south when used on the northern/southern hemisphere. This design doesn't work on the tropics.

This is for making impressions on sealing wax in the form of an ankh, an Egyptian symbol of eternal life. Because of the symmetry, it both looks good on your hand AND makes a good impression on the wax.
Most shapes are hard to get both at the same time - the impression comes out as the "negative mirror image" of whatever you press into the wax, so letters are backwards, and anything raised in the seal is depressed in the wax.
Caution: Please remove signet rings from your hand before using to make an impression. The ring will get hot. Please be careful to avoid burns when using hot wax.

This is a (not permanent) brown mark on the skin caused by a chemical reaction with the bronze binder. Among usual home objects a flower vase is one of the closest to nature. A true masterpiece of our Organic Mystery design line could therefore be nothing else than a vase, which could easily be a solitaire object lighting-up a spirit of any room.
To underline the natural wonder of flowers accenting the beauty of organically created shapes we model two variants of vases. The two models differ not only by the surface structure. While the MkI variant is suitable for flowers with more leaves which can naturally permeate through the vase’s surface (e.g. roses). The MkII variant enhances the beauty of tall flowers with dominant blossom (e.g. Lilium).
Our Organic Mystery vases consist of two parts. The outer part’s structured surface is organically shaped to contrast the inner part’s simplicity and natural colors.
You can customize the inner part with your favourite Kanji symbols giving the whole object an exotic and at the same time personal touch. You can as well send us the English version and we will choose the appropriate Kanji symbols for you.
The outer part is customizable by a text reflecting the meaning of Kanji symbols or other messages of your choice. It really depends on you. In addition we have created a special text font to carry your messages and match the Kanji symbols.

This bracelet is made of a braid of nine separate strands woven around each other. Printed in nylon (the 'strong and flexible' materials), the separate but interlocked strands make the bracelet flexible and a bit stretchy and bouncy.
Please select a size when ordering. The lengths listed are the inside circumference of the bracelet in its relaxed state. The bracelets do stretch a bit, which makes it easier to get your hand through them. If you would like a size other than the ones listed, just choose 'other/custom' and tell me what size you would like in the 'special instructions' window. You do have to create an account with Shapeways to place an order, but it only takes a few seconds!
Note: I have only printed this design in the 'strong and flexible' plastic materials. It also meets the design rules for the detail plastics materials, but I don't know how flexible or how delicate the bracelets would be if printed in them.
