The filigree design over the skull symbolizes ever growing renewal over the ghost of the past. This is the original design as featured on Kickstarter. It became their #1 most funded sculpture project of all time. Large is approximately life-size. See pic of all 3 sizes together for comparison.

The Inside Out Cube is the first miniature cube puzzle from microcubology.

This is a real working interlocking cube puzzle that requires both skill and dexterity to solve. This version of the Inside Out Cube is 1.5 cm in size. Why is called the Inside Out Cube? Because the whole puzzle can be rebuilt inside out leaving a 3x3x3 hollow on the inside and all the interlocking legs on the outside.

In its life this puzzle has had three different names. As well as the 'Inside Out cube', which probably describes it best, it has been known as Triple Mirror, because three of the pieces are mirror images of the other three. And before that I used to call it the Tiresias cube. I'll leave you to figure that one out for yourselves!

The bony skeletal structure of an origami paper crane. Created following the traditional crane model, for any lovers or the art of paper folding out there.

The detail is incredible, you can see textures and complex shapes even inside of the rib cage. The poor contorted crane has legs and feet, they are folded into its torso in true origami fashion. And vertebrae on the tail you say? What else did you expect?

A ribbon in space.
If you were wondering, it has two sides and therefore is not a Mobius strip.

Since this design looks best standing up, it has a mounting post that is 5/32" diameter. I would recommend a block of wood or blob of polymer clay as a base.

Depicting the bittersweet experience of love & loss as well as suggesting that love is what you make of it. The anchor & chain are intended to symbolize the security of steadfast loyalty in stormy seas & that which keeps you from becoming aimlessly adrift. The arrow is love's tool of capture & the weeping tear symbolizes the pain of loss. The suspended ring demonstrates the promise of commitment. The skull is the symbol of the end of us all & the reminder of living in the present. See here for 3D Viewer

4c9o virus [force nano virus]

Inspired by the intricate and beautiful shapes of viruses and bacteria.
Watch HD video above or check out some highres photo's.

Materials
Succesfully printed in White Strong & Flexible.
Dyed strong & flexible could is experimental and available per request.
A polished version is unlikely to survive the process.

History
The original model was created in 2006 for a 3d photo collage.
One of the goals was to create a life-like photograph of non-existent objects.
As, at the time, I was pretty sure this was an impossible to produce object.

Then I discovered shapeways ;-)
So now it was succesfully created in real 3d!

Specifications
It is solid to not compromise the design and the price difference was marginal.
Outer diameter is 8.5cm/3.3 Inch and the tips are 0.7 mm quickly becoming wider.
Which overall makes it quite sturdy.

Please be careful with unpacking though, it may be slightly tangled in the bubble wrap.
Then again, mine already survived a 1 meter/3 foot drop, however, I do not recommend that ;-)
It should be treated as a delicate decorative object, it is NOT a toy!

The Schwartz D ("Diamond") surface is a triply periodic minimal surface, like the Gyroid. Here it's been translated in both normal directions, and one of the two resulting (identical!) surfaces networked. Another Schwarz surface is in metal here: http://bathsheba.com/math/schwarzd.

This little guy is a fox and proud of it.

This incarnation is best suited to use as a decorative object, but we're open to suggestions for how you'd like to see it modified for your use!

The two most interesting uses we've found so far are using the WSF (polished) version as a surprisingly striking little glow bulb if you shine a light inside it, and possibly using the (pleasantly hefty) stainless steel version as an imposing game board piece.

To the customer who recently ordered this in Antique Bronze Matte, we would love to hear from you as to how your order turns out! Please consider sharing a photo or your thoughts on it if you find the time. :)

From above, a classic Egyptian scarab; from below, a real scarab.

The scarab is in a typical defensive posture, legs folded. As a result, it presents a strikingly different aspect when turned over.

This model is scaled to fit well in the hand, and because of the folded posture, is robust enough to travel well in a pocket. Mine goes with me everywhere. Warning: the claws are as sharp as they look.

I've seen enough to know where this is going...oh, just kidding.  It's a rhombic dodecahedron.  With an exotic symmetry group.  That's all.  Really.

An ornament in the shape of a tree, with some of the roots creating a garland around it. This ornament can stand on a surface or be hung in a window, in a tree or on a door. The branches produce a beautiful pattern regardless of which angle you view it in. All the lines is flowing and come together in harmony. Please note that the "White Strong & Flexible" material will turn yellowish if you leave it in the sun. If you're going to hang it in a window, make sure it faces the side of the building with most shadow.

This is a large somewhat abstract version of a dandelion. It's very cool in person, and would probalby look very interesting with designer lighting placed on it. It's a great addition to a room for someone that has everything, becasue I'm sure they don't have this yet. Check it out on youTube as well. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-mLc6lftEFE

I revised the Christmas Ornament RBS to have just a little more slope. I'm hoping it's enough to have the marble roll without problem. I added a few new things. This one has a circular base so that it should stand on its own. I also beefed up the frame to make it more durable. There's less rungs and a few more braces. I will have to print it and test it. If you just want one even though it hasn't been tested, please feel free to order but you're on your own. http://www.rollingballsculpture.net
