If I hadn't wandered thru the forum last night, I wouldn't even know that you were doing a chat today.

Perhaps you could send out your "We're going to begin..." email a bit early? I'll be sure to send out the notification email earlier than usual. While it's not a full day's notice, hopefully it's still an improvement. I'm also exploring how to fix this problem with the product team permanently.
