Can i give seperate guideline for color information, instead of using *.wrl file?

hello, i tried to order 3d printing for my model, and it has colors, so i wanted to upload it with *wrl file format which can contain color information. but i dont know why, but my 3d model looks weird if i convert my rhino file to wrl formated file, but when converted into obj file, its shape seems totally fine but it loses its color infomation.

i attached an image,
and the upper one is obj file
and the second one is the weird one in wrl format.

So, i was wondering if i can order my model with obj file and giving the seperate guide line for coloring.

i need help as soon as possible,
thank you very much!
