I'm an absolute novice at this, so I apologise if this is an obvious question.

I'm hoping to make a necklace out of a printed molecule, specifically this one:



I was hoping I could get it done in steel or silver. But before I go through all the effort of modelling, I'd like to know if this is even possible? I've read the FAQs for Steel and it mentions the "sandcastle" rule, which it seems unlikely this would pass.
