Basically it will be a simple holder/stripped down case with a area to insert a lightning cable.

I would be thinking to base the cable holder off this:

And combine it with a sleeve like this:

And have a piece sticking out of the sleeve at a slightly tilted angle so that I could mount it where needed. Please send me PM's with estimates.
