So I had a customer who ordered one of my products and it turns out it couldn't get printed in that specific material. So They got a message that says "the shop owner will be notified" or something along the lines of that and I never got a notification either in my email of PMs? I have an AOL account. Also I never get e-mail when somebody responds to my forum posts.
