It's a bit off topic here on a 3d forum
but I'm looking to hire a graphic design artist & photoshop designer for a couple small projects.
some are mostly typography work
others a creating some custom graphics.

project will be paid 50% upfront and final 50% upon completion.
I have been burned too many times in the past -when working on a hourly rate. So I am most interested in a 'flat' fee.
