It can be using available templates or anything along those lines since this will be likely a one print design. I can send you the stl files I've already gathered up if needed.
Basically it will be a simple holder/stripped down case with a area to insert a lightning cable.
I would be thinking to base the cable holder off this:

And combine it with a sleeve like this:
http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:30510
And have a piece sticking out of the sleeve at a slightly tilted angle so that I could mount it where needed. Please send me PM's with estimates. Thanks for your time.
