I need a male symbol (the circle with an arrow) designed and printed. I have the measurements all worked out in a design document (attached), I just don't have the technical knowledge to create the model. After it is modeled, I would also like to purchase a printed version in strong & flexible or acrylic plastic.

I'm looking to scan an existing piece of jewelry to create a file suitable for 3D printing. I'm located in the SF Bay Area and would prefer someone local.
Thanks,
John
