Hi,
Customer service is only really tested when something does not go to plan. Then on a good day - you might get back to square one.
Anyway - a public thank-you for Joost Denissen for explaining the issues, collecting the information and keeping communications flowing.

When there is something wrong with a model with a order or any kind of problem we are trying to resolve it as we can.
