we designed some cuff bracelets for stainless steel 3dprinting. I think they came out great! just retrieved them from the bottom of our iced over driveway where the UPS guy left 4 packages in a plastic bag and shot a few pictures

in addition to these new pieces we have a new line of jewelry that we will introduce in 2 weeks at a tradeshow in NYC...hopefully....
no pictures of those yet though

Did you have them polished? They look great!

Did Shapeways polish them for you? If so, how much did they charge? I am looking at doing Cufflinks for charity, so would like to keep costs down, so more profit can go to the charity.

Hi InterSimi,

The polishing was done by Shapeways for no extra cost. My experience with printing in stainless steel is that larger scale models that are rather flat will come out with great polishing. Smaller scale objects suffer from more roughness just due to the resolution of the printer and are harder for them to polish. Good luck.

Your braclets do look good. It is also good that Shapeways polish your pieces.
