Meanwhile, a bit of praise for the people that actually do the printing at Shapeways.The item below was printed in WSF and went into the polishing machine as a single piece, but came out as three pieces as you can see.Well done for spotting that this was not a problem.This model is designed to be separated into 10 parts.

Once the parts are separated you end up with four of these.

With a few extra parts it turns into a 22 foot boxcar, ready for painting.
